Nigerian filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has hailed the governor of Ekiti State, Seyi Makinde, for keeping to his promise of reconstructing the road to his film village.
Taking to his Instagram page, Kunle said that opening his film village and resort in April 2025 wasn’t just a win for the Nigerian film industry but a bold signal for rural revitalisation through creativity.
He revealed that the Governor of Ekiti State, where his film village is, has greenlit the reconstruction of the 23-kilometre Okaka-Igbojaye-KAP Village Road.
