Nollywood actress Debbie Shokoya has voiced her disapproval of her colleagues who created unacceptable, low-quality films for the massive streaming service YouTube.
The outcry against Nollywood films on YouTube, particularly the Yoruba film, prompted Debbie Shokoya to grieve.
On Instagram, the new mother expressed her mind against those who produced movies all for the sake of production.
She decried the rate at which people condemn the Youruba film genre and how she was able to confirm the accusations. She encouraged her colleagues to change the narrative about the Yoruba industry and allow Evry department for their job.
Debbie advocated for the crew of a movie production explaining the need for them to function effectively. She further asked each crew member to function according to their department.
